• The output is generated by a 24 VDC motor, controlled by the electronics via pulse width modulation (PWM), that is it is operated with variable speed. The feedback is performed with a precision potentiometer. The standard equipment of the AMS includes positioner and active feedback function, automatic commissioning and complete diagnostic functions. 
• The mechanical part of the actuator consists of a sturdy cylindrical gear with trapezoidal thread. All actuators are lubricated for life and therefore do not require maintenance. 
• Backup for power failure allows the actuator to perform an emergency operation by bringing the actuator into a freely adjustable safety position. 
• The PSCS communication software allows you to adjust valve-specific details, push/torque and speed, configure alarms and perform a valve curve correction. 
• The diagnostic function of the PSCS communication software allows you to retrieve counting values and set of operating parameters. The actual values can be displayed graphically and analysed using the monitor function.
• The electrical wiring is carried out directly in the integrated terminal block.
• Robust design with polycarbonate cover, IP65 housing (IP 67 optional)

• 24VDC brushless motor (BLDC). Controller with integrated positioning function. Status display and automatic commissioning. 
• Contact and wear-free stroke detection with Hall sensor for exact positioning. 
• Compact design with low installation height, durable aluminum gearbox. 
• Manual operation with buttons or handwheel (handwheel not present in the spring return version). Parameter setting via DIP switch. 
• Robust industrial design with polycarbonate cover, IP65 housing (IP67 optional).
